Note community costs:

The monthly community fee is currently 42,67 euros. However, in November 2024 it was approved an extra cost to install a new elevator in the building. Location:

The top floor apartment is located right next to the beach, in the center of Arguineguín, in the sought-after complex Las Marañuelas. The sea view from the terrace is unbeatable! There are supermarkets, all kinds of shops, medical centre, pharmacy, several bank branches and hardware stores here. The city beach is located directly in front of the complex and it is only a few minutes' walk to the newly renovated beach by the market square and the beach in front of the La Lajilla building with a walkway to Anfi del Mar. Every Tuesday there is a market in the area that attracts both tourists and locals. Then the fishing village is filled with bustling folk life. They recently converted the road in front of the complex to a pedestrian street, which means no traffic noise and a cosy atmosphere. The terrace is a perfect spot for people-watching and it is the ideal location for watching the boats coming in and out of the marina. From here you can admire the most beautiful, colorful sunsets.

As the apartment is in the middle of everything, there is very little need for a car. Good bus and taxi connections.

The bathroom is tiled with modern dark gray floor tiles and light-colored wall tiles. White bathroom furniture with a large mirror and LED-lamp above. Bidet. Toilet. Spacious corner shower with transparent shower doors. Sliding aluminium window that ensures good ventilation + extra vent. Washing machine. Glass wall shelves above the washing machine. Downlights.

To the left of the main entrance are the kitchen and living room; open plan solution. The modern L-shaped kitchen (handlefree) has plenty of storage space with upper and lower cabinets. Its color is very elegant; - a beautiful light cold beige tone matching the walls perfectly. Tall window with white shutters. White ceramic worktop and backsplash, easy to keep clean. The following electrical appliances are included in the purchase: Ceramic induction hob with 4 plates, oven and extractor hood, integrated fridge/freezer combination and dishwasher. Wooden wine cabinet on wheels.
