The apartment has a fantastic location in the lower part of the main street Avenida Tirajana in Playa del Inglés. Short walking distance to the beach promenade and the dunes. For those who like to go for morning walks, this area is ideal as you can walk along the promenade all the way to San Agustìn or along the beach to Maspalomas and Meloneras.

Shower with transparent shower walls. Raindance shower head + regular adjustable. Electric extractor. Downlights. Large, decorative mirror in the hallway when you leave the bathroom.

Two steps down from the hallway are the living room and kitchen; - open plan.

The living room is furnished with a spacious corner sofa, round coffee table, display cabinet and a TV cabinet. Bright colors. Flat screen TV is also included. Large windows along the entire front of the apartment ensure extra good light and air intake. Ventilation window in the upper part in addition. The patio doors have a white, maintenance-free aluminum frame like the rest of the windows in the apartment. Sun filter with mirror effect to avoid overheating of the home and visibility inside. Direct access to the spacious, partially roofed terrace which is furnished with a round dining table, 4 matching chairs in light gray rattan style and a white, decorative chest of drawers on one side and a round table and 2 light gray rattan chairs on the other. Awning outside the window of the kitchen/dining room. Direct access to the communal garden. The pool area is on the right. It is close enough that you have easy access, but far enough away so that you don't hear any noise from there. Very peaceful and private apartment and terrace. Sun from the morning and some hours onwards. Those who want more sun can move to the common area. Nice view of the well-kept garden. You can also see towards the pool area.

White, complete L-kitchen with very good storage space. Light countertop in solid composite and white, glossy tiles as a backsplash. Easy to keep clean. Various glass cabinets in the upper part + shelving solutions. The following appliances are included in the purchase; steel-colored dishwasher, extractor fan (also in steel), induction hob with 4 plates, oven and microwave in white and integrated refrigerator with freezer section. LED lights under the upper cabinets.
