The premises can be seen from Avenida Francisco Navarro Navarro (going up from the Whale tail roundabout). It is located next to the main entrance of the Ancora Shopping Center. This part of the shopping centre is very busy and many of those who live/stay in Arguineguín pass through here to cross the bridge and go directly to the center of the town. There is a paid parking lot for customers in the same shopping center and there is free parking on the streets in the surrounding area. In the shopping center there are all kinds of services, shops, cafes and restaurants that attract many people. Very attractive location in the heart of Arguineguín.

The facade of the premises has 3 free sides with glass for greater visibility. Lots of natural light enters. The premises stand out from the construction and you find it in the middle of the main corridor.

The commercial premises were renovated in November and December 2024. It measures 25 m2.

The gotelé (structure) paint was removed from the interior walls. They are now smooth and painted in white. The premises were also painted in the exterior (beige color).

The electrical system was completely updated, inside and out for almost 7000 euros (cable of about 70 metres to reach the electric meter). The premises has an electrical bulletin. The rent is 750 euros per month plus expenses (water, electricity, property tax, garbage fee and community costs (the monthly fee to be paid to the community is 63.51 euros).

Deposit: 1500 euros.

Contract management: 500 euros + IGIC.

The tenant will be asked to prove his solvency.
