El Cardón Farm is offered for sale, a pig farm located in Buenavista del Norte. This property has 1,412m² of construction on a 7,994m² plot. The farm is fully equipped and operational, ready to continue with pig production in an efficient and profitable manner.

The El Cardón Farm Company stands out from other livestock farms in the Canary Islands, being the only one that has a facility for treating solid and liquid pig slurry, which after a process of separation, oxygenation and mixing of organic matter, can be used as natural organic fertilizer on farms. They have been used on banana plantations with very positive results.
This process turns the problem of livestock by-products that any farm has into a valued and optimal solution for sale to farms in the area. This farm also has its own feed factory for self-consumption, with a highly efficient automated feeding system

The farm includes an extensive list of machinery and vehicles, essential for daily operations:

- 3-axle Scania truck with multilift system and two cargo boxes (registration B-7557 XF).
- IVECO truck with cold chamber for transporting slaughtered animal carcasses, with an authorized load weight of 3,500 kg (registration 4680-CRZ).
- CASER 850 mini-shovel tractor.
- Wilibald organic matter chopping machine with hammer rotor.
- Organic matter chopping machine equipped with hydraulic tilting arm.
- 115 kVA generator.

The farm is also equipped with modern facilities for processing solid and liquid slurry:

- Two reinforced concrete ponds (36 m² surface area and 6 meters high each, with a capacity of 432 m³).
- Automation electrical panel for the slurry process.
- Two cyclopean concrete ramps (80 m² each).
- Two blower motors for nitrification and denitrification of slurry.
- A motor with propeller for agitating slurry.
- A submerged pump to push the slurry to the separator.
- Double slurry separator equipment with centrifugal rotors.
- A submerged pump to remove sludge.

Additional facilities:

- Self-consumption feed factory.
- Mechanized feeding system in fattening, transition and gestating sheds.
- 36 corrals and cages in farrowing rooms.
- 50 boxes in gestating shed.
- 2 biodigesters for decomposing placentas and dead piglets.

Number of pigs according to the last census:

- 120 breeding sows.
- 345 piglets up to 15 kg in farrowing and weaning rooms.
- 333 pigs up to 40 kg in transition rooms.
- 360 pigs between 70-80 kg in fattening rooms.
- 3 boar breeding pigs.

Staff and Operations: The farm currently operates with four employees, two of whom have a group C driving licence and are responsible for the transport of pigs and distribution of carcasses to the existing client portfolio.
